If you like it you like it. If you don’t you don’t. Just don’t watch. I think it has potential but it needs to be fleshed out a bit more. There’s always growing pains with new things

TGL Hype, hype, hype …. but boring as
What a stupid product. No wonder…Woods is behind it! It will fail.
A shot tracer on the ball before it gets to the screen might be an improvement. The green needs to be tamed as well. The undulations are too severe and don’t represent real golf.
All the players look like they are doing a practice session. There isn’t suspense or excitement. It like watching a video game. There is something about this concept and has the potential to be good but there is still something missing. It’s not going to get the interested viewers to keep coming back to watch. Not yet. When people start talking about it more and more then it will be a viable golf option.
The biggest flaw, not everyone can watch
Anyone who needs to bet on golfers hitting into a simulator needs some real help. They deserve to lose their money. And once those fools realize the simulator is not reliable, this product will fail and disappear.

DP World Tour had live coverage today of Rory, Hov, Fleetwood today, fantastic watching it at work. Course gave up birdies and bogeys, hurrah! Hov hot start, then military driving, left right, left right!

This is one and done. Tiger and PGA got all offended and hurt over LIV and they come up with simulator golf which is interesting for 20 minutes maybe

Golf is and always should be an outdoor activity subject to the vagaries of nature.
The second event of TGL was totally unwatchable about 15 minutes in. What a waste of money this has been.
2ND TGL Match Average Viewership up 14% and total unique reach up 25% from week 1
Two events in and I have tuned out after the 3 man alt shot format. When it goes to intermission I turn it off
everytime i click on something golf related (pga) its always somebody bitching about something

You have a big time.problem with viewership for those of us who've dropped cable. I get pgatour live but nbc has stopped allowing golf channel coverage of tournaments to stream on peacock. That's very different than last year and those of us who dropped stupid, over-priced cable are getting more and more disconnected from pga tour coverage.
Lose us for too long and we find something else to fill the time and then we don't come back when you all figure out how to get your product to millions of viewers who are alienated right now.
Better figure this out soon…
How is it flawed they just got beat
The promise LIV made wasn't owgr points, it was as independent contractors, legally, they can play both (reference Sergio,Norman text exchange disclosed in law suit discovery). The best (most expensive) legal advice in the world didn't get or advise, you can work for both, but you can't make them. Employers can say no. Lesson: when ever you're told "the smartest, rich people say so….." that's a pitch that ends with the argument, wealth is the measurement for intellect. WRONG. Good fortune is almost always the foundation.
I have a golf sim at home, my sim distances are NOT the same that my field distances, is not the technology, is the body that won't react the same.
They need a better launch monitor. They can still advertise Full swing but don't use it or at least have Trackman and average out the two.
Players should be forced to walk on treadmills in between shots.

You just answered the critical question, it needs more humor. Less golf, more fooling around. If that’s what it needs in your eyes, It’s not golf. It is not relevant to simulators, home or business in general.
“and you can argue” as you shrug with a disappearing voice 😂 just shows how much you down play Liv. They should get points because it’s supposed to rank the best golfers in the world. Not be a pga bias organization
If you are prepared to put together a concept that is based on betting where people can lose their life savings it needs to professional and not “goofy”
Problem is that TGLs identity is still unclear. Even to the players. Tiger had a particular vision for it, but is that what everyone else wants? No. So it needs a clear identity
To make this even more fun…. the team should consist of at least 1 PGA player, 1 LPGA player and 1 senior PGA player. They aren't walking courses, so after the tee shot it's rather equal footing. There's a fun product here, once the bugs get worked out and things get improved. Here's an idea for a team… "the Crazy Canucks" – Corey Connors, Nick Taylor, Brooke Henderson and Mike Weir.
