We filmed this review of Conwy Golf Club in early March, a couple of weeks before lockdown closed all clubs in the UK for some two months.
At that point, the Curtis Cup – the biennial clash between the best women amateurs from Great Britain & Ireland and the USA – was due to take place in June.
It’s subsequently been postponed until next year but, as a result, you’re going to hear a number of references its original date as you watch.
We still felt it was worth showing you this video, partly because the tournament will get played but also because it’s such a beautiful place it’s somewhere you may consider visiting when coronavirus restrictions allow.
