Non-steroid users who have been training BJJ for years that are blackbelt can recognize when someone has steroid injection strength. These steroid users use the roids to compete against the higher-level students and use the their steroid muscle strength to squeeze tight in a submission hold whereas without that steroid injection muscle strength that person would have given up on the submission and melted and gave up and would have got caught in a submission , its obvious.
