Do you find it difficult to coordinate lifting out of the saddle on your rocker plate? Don’t over think it, you do it all the time when riding outside. Just pick an easy gear where you can hold 55-65 cadance and let the bike move.
If you feel the bike leaning towards the side as you push down with your foot, just apply pressure to the handlebars on the opposite side and repeat.
