My wife and I just checked into the Adina for a week at AO and as we walked out to go to dinner at Sopranos we saw Catherine and Matt walk past us. Well, she noticed you guys. I wanted to get a selfie and have a chat but the moment passed. Anyway good to see you guys are here again for AO, hope it’s a great one. My tips are Coco and Carlos, and hoping Fonseca makes a huge splash. Love your work.
The discussion about Agassi's vs Novak's return is brillantly illustrated (and statistically corroborated) on the "Tennis 128" blog. In a nutshell, there are 2 approaches when returning. Agassi's offensive approach with the downside of getting aced at times, and Murray's defensive strategy of putting the ball in play. Novak has the best of both worlds.

So great to see everyone again! Luckily I have been able to see all the new tennis pets on my email feed. They all look so loved but that is the nature of this audience. The tennis almost doesn’t matter. It’s just a good excuse to see you all again. Please replay the song someday that ended last year. I was headed home from shopping and it just slayed me.

I second David; the Agassi return is better. Novak's is just about getting it back and to the center of the court near the sever which is a difficult first ball strike and works the percentages great, but Agassi had better reaction and striking power in a era of crap Kevlar and synthetic strings… let alone the rackets which to be fair aren't that far behind todays.
My matches to flip between on day 1 are Fernandez, Tauson, Mirra Andreeva, Kartal, Kostyuk. Now listen good, Erika Andreeva: the little crocodile plays another day, can't wait to see her Lacoste AO outfit for the swing
