  1. Yeah, great call. Remove one of the most entertaining defensemen ever from the game for an accident. Double minor would've been more appropriate, but the NHL is run by lawyers.

  2. He did not deserve a match penalty for that! You can clearly see from the replay that there was no malicious intent on that boarding incident. However, i think players should probably completely refrain from any attempt to board players when they are that close to the boards

  3. This league is an absolute disgrace I’m actually embarrassed now a days to admit I played hockey.

This is what happens when you puke a little American puke who’s never played the game in charge of a warrior sport.

Norris get up up fucking pussy

  4. I'm OK with the decision…where my problem lies is we've seen 10 000 times more vicious hits in the past that have been punished less severely. 0 consistency whatsoever in this league

  5. I mean, definitely a minor penalty, or at worst a double minor, but… wow. Ok then. Careful what you wish for, NHL Player Safety. Expect a lot of people demanding more game misconducts for non-malicious contact.

Oh and hey, if you're a young hockey player reading this, watch that body positioning. Don't do that. You're likely to get hurt. Play like you KNOW there's a guy coming up on you. Yup, I'm victim blaming here.

  6. that's not a 5 and Game lol that's so soft…2 mins for cross-checking at most. Why didn't the coach say something? lol freaking statue back there.

  7. A high sticking with injury (comparable) is a double minor. The league needs some clarity on injuries. A little bloody lip vs out of action for weeks are both injuries in the refs eyes.

  8. What was the injury ??????? he was playing a few minutes later meanwhile Brock is still out and what's up with the guy that hit him ?? 1 game ?? what a joke

  9. Maybe a double minor at most. It definately want a viscous attack. A light push on the number and he fell unfortunately face first into boards.
