It's obviously not a quick fix, so the question is do you give AP more time to fix more about this team that's lacking or do we move on, AGAIN, probably prematurely!!!!

Sorry to remind you fellas coaches interviewed but no one wanted the challenge of coaching this roster not even kliff kingsberry but AP took the challenge. He has won in this league and he can win given the same time and power Gruden and Josh got.

The media, the fans, everyone shows such little patience for a black head coach. It's the same situation over in New England with the firing of Jerod Mayo. Y'all want these black coaches out quick fast in a hurry. Some of y'all wanted A P. gone after 3 games. This whole situation has turned into a trap!
4-13. 0-6 in the division. Getsy chosen as OC. Minshew picked as starter. Allows Davante Adams to not play in the preseason, allowing the diva to walk all over him. Zamir White chosen as RB1. Questionable in game decisions. Exactly what has AP done to keep his job?
Game management is my whole problem with AP. His game time decisions are bad

What changed? Going into this season we were supposed to be seeing if AOC could be a QB1, going 5-4 to finish last season.
This season, AP went off script by hiring Luke Getsy as OC who was AWFUL, and decided to start Gardner Minshew. This alone destroyed our season. We are BACK to questioning if AOC can be a QB1. So the decision making is why someone would change the mode with AP.
AP will stay because THERE ISNT ANY GOOOD HEAD COACH who wants this sorry gig….😅

What has changed is that AP's decisions (i.e. staff, starters, two player/coach meetings, rumblings about the week preparation process) as the full time HC are in question.
