Beautiful job of releasing that Snook John. You're the best.
Man that fish really wanted that lure. Haven't seen that before. Nice catch !
John, same size bluefish and snook – which species is stronger and more difficult to land? I know that bluefish is quite ferocious when you try to retrieve it, but I have never fished for snook.
I know this was in SW Florida, but any idea a more specific area? Charlotte Harbor maybe
John, thanks for the videos. Curious how you decide which kayak style to use each outing?
That was super cool seeing the last fish slam the lure.
So when are you going to take the yak down (over?) to the canals and catch your invasive species slam? I need me some Long Island brethren catches Snakehead, Peacock Bass, Chiclid content. You are the man for the job. It would also be amazing if you could link up with Lawson Lindsey for a day of angling.
Just a reminder you are a great fisherman and and im gonna be at the fair at ward mellville next week
Good to see someone having som action in cold water. I’m still hibernated.😂😂 Soon I’m gonna be back chasing Snook and Tarpon. Great video.
Can i ask what river your fishing out of
What was the water temperature during this trip?
I have to ask a question just bought a 9-foot Ugly Stik, medium heavy, surf fishing off the beach, I would like to match it with a good reel,, mid Jersey on the shore, I would appreciate, your opinion
Year-round fishing
I was hoping to see a fish follow the lure in and hit it right next to the kayak. So much like the aggression of blues and albies, along with the stupidity of sea robins.
Another great video 🙂 What was the water temp where the most fish were bunched up? They were really stacked up there. Was it a deeper hole?
