Good video. Can relate in that I've been trying to relax more when feeling pressure. Constant internal battle. The video is like many self-help books I've read in that it does a great job of describing the situation or problem and the end goal, but not HOW TO get to the goal. What specifically do you need to change to accept the pressure you feel?
