I’m a member at Caerphilly and using a winter mat drives me mad.
I live 2 mins away otherwise I’d look at joining somewhere else.
Either get a spurk or find one you can tee down so it doesn’t move, then its a bit easier 👌
Bro has to use the fairway coaster
Why bother to play there?
I’d put the mat down for appearance and still hit it outta the grass
At my club, we are required to tee up.
Wtf, playing from a turf on a real course? The most stupid thing ever
Put a tee in the back to hold it steady
I played with mats for the first time in Seaham (north England) worst time of my fucking life
What’s the reason for requiring using that mat?
You need a spurk mat bro, its a cheating tool 😂😂
First time ive ever seen these
The fuck are they? Also what fairway? That's long enough to be the rough!
Cheapskates 😂
What sucks is you cant get off your right side
My club does so just stopped winter golf
I play at ridgeway mostly and they have these. Are they really as bad as people say? Playing tomorrow and was going to use one
I have never seen this in the US! I mostly golf in Florida tho and we don’t really have a winter! Lol
Preferred lies in the first cut of rough is our club rules, i think that's better than fairway mats
