  1. Your trades are off because Cam is $22.5m (and carries a $27m Apron cost), and Grizzlies are too close to the 1st Apron for Kennard/Konchar. They'd have to use Kennard/Clark. Same for Indiana, they'd have to send both Topin and Nesmith, which I don't think they would for Cam.

  2. I don't think Indiana can trade its first round pick this year, because they have already traded their 2026 1st round pick to Toronto in the Siakam trade – Stepien Rule.
