Great video. I need to go hit balls right now!
I am not sure if athleticism can be taught, you can't always teach someone to learn to skate fast are shoot the puck hard or hit 300 yr bombs. But, tightening things up with proper instructions will take athletes to the next level. Good coaching, even for good players, can be eye opening. Just simple things that you didn't think about can be game changers.
Now, to build that into your game permanently. That is the challenge!
