   the uppper body whip does not happen in isolation. it is supported & powered from the ground up. trace it and you will see

   Watch carefully. If you're gonna have a Slow backswing, you're gonna have to speed up at the bottom to catch up. Otherwise you're gonna be late at the bottom and wiff it right.
