  1. Hogan has the prettiest swing ever imo…but after doing the goat code, and realizing how the middle finger controls the club face, I’ve never played better golf. The issue for me is trusting the supination…because it seems like I’ll never square the club head…swinging what feels behind me. But, as long as I trust it, I hit the ball straight and powerful. Chuck knows what he’s talking about. If you have any doubts, the lessons laid out on rotaryswings website, specifically the goat code, are the best online lessons I’ve ran across. Chuck has spent a lot of time developing the content, and it just keeps getting better. I highly recommend.

  2. I have to go with Ben Hogan, at least for mid-aged or older golfers. Younger, more limber golfers will likely go with Niemann's swing.

  3. What I think? .. I think if I got my body into that position at impact, you would have to call me an ambulance .. 🤣🤣🤣

  4. i can't seem to find the video now, but you did a video showing how Tiger sets up to the ball, relaxing his left (lead) arm and keeping a solid straight right (trail) arm, then using his trail arm in the backswing to get separation moving to the top. I wanted to shout out about this. This is one of the most fantastic things I have been practicing lately. In my entire golf life (over 35 years) I have always done the opposite, straightened my left (lead) arm and trying to keep it straight throughout the backswing and through impact, having to think about it a lot. I don't know if it just me, but what I found by practicing what you showed in that Tiger video, I no longer have to think about my left (lead) arm at all anymore, other than to keep it relaxed at setup and at the start of my swing. For some reason, like automagically, as soon as I start my takeaway (pulling with my trail shoulder) and keeping my right arm straight as long as I can to create separation, my left arm, LIKE MAGIC, automatically floats right into a perfectly straight position, effortlessly, and just stays there through impact. I was just now practicing that in the backyard and was realizing this in astonishment. I didn't have to think about left arm at all, and it just magically, and perfectly set itself up. Had a fantastic practice day today with that. Some of my best ball striking to date, and that's saying something for an old guy like me who once had a +4.3 USGA handicap (back in my younger days). As I preach to every golfer I have known, "you have to follow Chuck, he is arguably the best instructor out there" .. Thanks Chuck!! .. for all you do! .. wishing you the best New Year !!! .. and if my golfing buddies don't start using your instruction, I'm gonna kick their asses. They have nothing to complain about when they play crappy golf if they aren't learning from you!
