i would bring Rodgers back another year with a rookie QB with a new coaching staff and see what you can do. whereas you can let him walk take a veteran with the same approach but either way this team needs coaching that's been their problem. along with a meddling owner who needs to get out of the way and let management run the team. Mike Vrabel is a name being floated around not sure if he would want the job but a coach like him ideally is what you want in the building to turn things around.
