This video was exactly what I wanted for Xmas!!
They only talked about it briefly, but Scottie's faith is 100% the reason for his success. His ability to abstract away his worry to a higher power gives him the peace and resolve to perform in the most stressful scenarios. God is good!

That was a great documentary. A little puzzled how you got Tiger Woods to sit down and talk about golf and only found about 2 sentences of his to use.
He has a formidable combination of advantages.
1. His faith humbles him and keeps his focus off of his own greatness
2. He puts family first, meaning he will have harmony at home
3. He is fiercely competitive, and the drive to win prevents him from letting up
4. He is process-focused, so he doesn't let either anger or excitement divert his focus from staying in the moment for every shot
5. He doesn't stop trying to improve, so he won't get lazy with the practice regime.
6. He takes excellent care of his body with an intelligent and focused exercise regimen
