Police say two people were arrested on December 18, and a third person was arrested the following day.

PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Three people are in custody in Houston County in connection with a stolen golf cart investigation.

A Perry Police Department news release says the golf carts were stolen from Mike’s Carts on Sam Nunn Boulevard.

On December 18, officers arrested 37-year-old Edward Hargreaves and 42-year-old Ashley Cebada after a brief pursuit. They reported finding methamphetamine and firearms in their possession and inside the golf cart they were using to flee. Both Hargreaves and Cebada face multiple charges, including theft, property damage, drug possession and firearms violations.

The following day, December 19, investigators recovered another stolen golf cart at a home on New Castle Drive in Warner Robins. Officers arrested 50-year-old Kerry Holt there. He’s charged with theft by receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and trafficking methamphetamine.
