The budget friendly Square Golf launch monitor provides CLUB data as well as ball data – something you don’t usually find in launch monitors at the lower end of the market. But is it accurate?

  1. Looking at setting up a garage sim in the not too distant future. Was going to go used OG Skytrak but I’m pretty sold on this now. Love how instant the data is and the fact you get club data. Would love to see it tested against a high end LM.

  2. Hi, is that correct to put the metal sticker that 'tshirt label style'? I thought we wrap it all the way around the shaft without anything hanging? (0:11) Thanks for video!!!

  3. i feel this is the future of launch monitors, their paying system i think its amazing and a very fair price, not like skycrap that you have to pay 130 a yeart then pay the 220 a year for courses etc. Need to find someone to sell my skycrap to get this. Btw you should test the tp5 balls

  4. It would be good to see it up against the Garmin R10. Looks like a great little unit for the price. Very interested to see if the little R10 can still keep up with the new kids on the block.

  5. The fact this unit is less than 1/3 the price of other units that measure the same data is cause for concern. I'm all for a good deal, but not at the expense of accurate information. Maybe they'll get it fine tuned over time, but right now it doesn't seem to be all it's cracked up to be.

  6. The question posed is 'how accurate is the data?'. However, the set up you have is completely unable to determine the answer. While you might be getting a general idea of swing variations, you have no definitive measure of the accuracy. Indeed, I have seen lots of videos talking about accuracy of these monitors and none, absolutely none, have indicated how such might be determined.
