  1. Wow, I used to play a lot with this balls until Kirtland came out and I currently play Kirtland due to good balls and better price, $30 for 24 balls

  2. Right at the beginning, you said you couldn’t wait to get to the review of this ball. And I agree! I was looking forward to it also! And I waited…and waited…
But then it was 6:30 seconds until you even took one shot to begin the review! I mean, the history of the company is nice and all but maybe that could’ve been done at the end of the actual review, since that’s what the majority of what people are her for.
No hating or anything! Just a suggestion when it comes to the editing of the video. The video itself is done shot really well. I’d be proud of it if it were my own video. It’s just the way it was arranged, with the history of Maxfli and that type of thing. I personally would’ve tried to do that differently.
Thanks for the review and the work you put into posting it! Total respect. 🙏👍

  3. Thanks for the review. I'm a slow swing speed mid-handicapper, testing MaxFli for my game to try to step up into a 3-peice ball.

  4. Played Maxfli balls years ago, and felt like underperformed. Recently found the Maxfli Tour X when searching the weeds for my Callaway. Put it in play and was very impressed. Thought maybe it was just an anomaly. Based on your findings it matches up to what I experienced. Thank you.

  5. Where's the ball speed, launch angle, and by far most importantly, standard deviation. They look very similar on the surface stats but consistency shot to shot is where Titleist generally outshines the competition. Can't tell that here. Great vid though just some friendly feedback for next time!

  6. well, i just played with 2 of them today- 1. they play just like a pro v1. 2. the cover is CRAP, now i know why they are cheaper. one bad shot and the covering came off, with a pro v1 and can top it 3-5 times hit a tree or 2 land on a cart path and no damage to the ball. ther than that it is a great ball, they just need to work on the outer cover. xd

  7. Hi Really enjoyed your ball comparison test 👍, thought you’re ball striking was excellent, but wasn’t happy with your pitching test, you needed to hit one ball of each to compare Flight, Spin control, Feel (this is where I’d expect the most difference) with the ProV1X to be more consistent, when you know how the ball is going to behave it generates confidence, Thanks Dickey UK 9hcp 76year senior golfer

  8. Thank you for the history of maxfly golf ball.
Do you think that the golf simulator’s are fairly accurate on the data?
    Good luck with the channel.

  9. "Better part of the season"…. you're seriously overestimating my ability to keep balls in play. I can lose 48 balls in a week. Lol

  10. Performs well and a solid option factoring in the price. I thought the cover to be ok but the real issue is they dirty and gain color very easily. You roll some through dusty type dirt and its going to be a shade off from white. I find I need 2 balls per 9 on average.

  11. Hello from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, I started playing the Maxfli tour x in 2022 and they really are an amazing golf ball, I like the 2023 Matte version. They are hard to come by up here but a great ball non the less. I subscribed and liked the video, and would love the 48 pack to come to Winnipeg!! Cheers and have a fantastic 2024 Golf Season.

  12. Thanks for the review. I am no stranger to Dunlop Maxfli. Excellent golf ball for sure.

  13. Recent version of Max Tour X are a bit firmer than before. Moved to ProV1. Played previous (4 yrs ago or two models ago) Max Tour X, and they were the balls that got noticed by MyGolfSpy. Can’t find them even in EBay. 😢😢😢😢

  14. Played Pro V1 only for many, many years. Tried Bridgestone and was a big step down in feel. Gave Kirkland a shot and was ok but there was some clear inconsistency from ball to ball. Tried Maxfli Tour and now it's my ball. Same short game and iron feel as the Pro V1 with only a minor loss in distance with my driver. Can draw and fade the ball with consistency and spin around the greens is superb. Putter feel is a small bit firmer but not alarming. And you can't go wrong with a cost right around $2/ball. I don't lose many but I will retire a ball after a couple rounds.

  15. When comparing balls you need to hit the balls randomly. Put 10 ProV1 and 10 Maxfli in a bucket and mix them up and pull them out randomly and hit them and record the data. It takes away many human variables.

  16. Around the year 2000 if I couldn't get my hands on a Titleist Professional/Tour Prestige then the Maxfli Revolution was the next best thing. I use to love that golf ball. I gotta try this new one

  17. I’ve played the TourX two
Years ago. Picked up a 4 Dozen box from Dicks. Loved them. Last year I won a $400 gift certificate and picked up 6 dozen ProV1x’s and and then won another dozen this year. After these are gone I’m going back to the Tour X for sure. Nice comparison video. Just subscribed

  18. Great video! I'm 71, 80-85 MPH swing speed – which Maxfli tour ball would be best for me for distance and spin around the green? I like the S model don't know if it's the best for me. Thanks!

  19. A video comparing all 3 Maxfli Tour balls would be helpful, and talk about which ball would be best for different swing speed players. Thanks

  20. I’m 74 next month still playing decent golf with an average driver ball speed of 135-140, swing speed 88-94 and the occasional 95. Have played the Dicks Maxfli for 4 seasons now and love them. FYI the Maxfli Tour is actually closer to the Pro V x and Maxfli tour X is closer to the Pro V. Tour X says on the box says “ball flight mid/high”. Tour is mid.
I’m going to switch from tour to tour s for next season because of the low/mid ball flight 85 compression the softest of their 3 tour balls. Hopefully adding a tad of distance to my typical driver carry of 210-220, with 230-250 total distance on decent hits.
