Probably going to be a whole lot of “Marcus Dupree” stories in this new era of NIL and transfer portal. Whole lot of kids letting their Dad, step-dad, mom, Uncle, cousin, pastor, etc…. Someone they believe has their best interest, but truly just robbing you blind… Dupree essentially had his Pastor as his agent. Pastor told him he needed to leave OU and go to Southern Miss, Pastor didn’t like him being so far away, can’t control him all the way in Oklahoma… before he could even suit up for a game for Southern Miss he got him drafted by the USFL the New Orleans Breakers. Every time he got a game check he’d have to give it to Pastor to “invest it for me…..” left the Breakers 2 years later and didn’t have a dollar to his name….
AJ was great. And I think would be a hell of a coach if he wants to be.
I just want to say shout out to Tyler for playing Tetris with how much money people make. It a hard line between being truthful and not give away too much. Also I was told the angle can the gender of a championship FYI
I love that AJ just couldn’t wrap his head around Jackson Arnold signing 😂. The pool story at the beginning makes sense about his feeling about someone… ANYONE spending that much money. In his mind Jackson ain’t worth more than that pool in his backyard 😂
