Part 2: Common Problem In The Golf Swing: Sway – Balance
Poor balance on either leg can cause issues in both areas of your swing. In the backswing it will cause you to hit behind or “up” on the ball, which is great for driver but not for irons. In the follow-through it can cause you to slow down your swing so you aren’t stepping out of your swing when you lose balance on your lead foot.
Identifying and addressing this as part of your workouts can go a long way to correcting sway in the golf swing.
