All good points on why ticket prices are so high, but the #1 reason is supply and demand – Indiana offered only 3,000 tickets out of 77,000. You have 50,000 Indiana fans bidding on 3,000 tickets. Add in, Notre Dame students looking to make some serious cash with those rabid Indiana ticket seekers. That is the real reason ticket prices are so high.
