When he finished he finished on the podium in races. But you go ahead and show your biases. Pecco will be back next year and Jorge will be fighting for p15 😉

I have been following MotoGP for 20+ years and this year I found myself being more interested in Friday and Saturday track action. Occasionally, I even fast forwarded the main race recording because no action was happening 😢
My biggest gripe of the year is the same as the past decade plus.
Motorcycle GP racing has different classes. Some are good at only one class, some are good at multiple classes. But they are classes/categories of machine, not feeder competitions, not junior games. Tell Angel Nieto his championships don't count, or Aspar, or Biaggi, etc etc.
There are junior and feeder competitions. Red Bull Rookie, CIV, ATC, etc, and then there is Grand Prix racing.
I do agree with Dave on attendance though. But they have to pretend the high numbers because the real numbers are dismal.
But loved the sport for over 40 years and so long as there are 2 bikes and 2 guys willing and able to see who's better, I'll keep watching.
