  1. I love how his instruction is so centered on being dynamic etc. My only criticism is from just my observations with how he approaches solving more specific "culprit" problems with mechanics. I am so adamant that your only struggle is maintaining or even adding pelvic depth in transition, yet he's so focused on dynamic movement that yes… it gets you moving well and it aids with sequencing and all these other beneficial things, but from what I've gathered it's almost like he expects those movements to flush out a struggle like yours over time rather than looking at the independent issue and then finding a pattern of movement with the towel and going that route of making an adjustment. Could be wrong, just seems like he's throwing "generalized" drills that he wants to have be a staple for most of his players and that for sure has its place and it's benefits… just would love to see him be a bit more specific in how he attacks your personal struggles because IMO it's not that hard and being a great athlete that you are, making changes isn't going to be some tall ask as long as you know your body is capable of the movement.

Love the content as always. That sim studio is SICK!

  2. That was class mate and I'm not just on about that lovely grey gilet number. Nobody is producing this type of content on YouTube, getting behind the scenes with coaches, players & long drivers is really engaging. Nice work. 👌👍
