This Could Change Winter Golf Forever! | Spurk Golf
Winter golf can be a tough experience especially when using a winter mat. However, Spurk Golf’s Strike Mats are putting that stigma to bed.
We take these two Strike Mats out on the course to see how good these mats are and show you the benefits of using this unique patented design.
Our gear editor James Tait headed to Golf IT to take them out on the course to test them for himself

My 2nd winter season with spurk winter mat,it,s about the price of a dozen balls ,good investment ,love my spurk mat
Those would be great year round where I play. Here in west Texas it’s usually very hot and dry. These would help with the dirt areas in some fairways. Thanks
The Spurk mat is an essential purchase but awful name.
Would that not be considered cheating if you have to pick your ball up from each previous shot & replace it onto a matt for your next shot?.
They look pretty good but useless when the ground is frozen.
I have used one for a couple of years, they are great, protects the course and your clubs in the winter.
Wow wouldn't say a steal! would say a RIP OFF…10in by 4in bit of artificial grass with a few plastic spikes underneath…dome a fav….iv exactly the same but a bit bigger..no spikes underneath. Just push 2 tees in back…never slips..all's good…got a free off cut from local Carpet shop…a 1ft trim off from some artificial grass…£27 do me a favour…£9.99…about right..
Imagine talking about mats in a positive sense. Every single one of them is utterly horrendous and it ruins golf. Join a links club that plays off the fairways, or at least one that lets you play from the first cut. Playing off a mat isn’t golf.
