  1. Curious why you would deloft or add loft to the club, when you can just change the club and keep the swing the same?

  2. Good ideas. The heel up is a good one in situations. I'll use that on some closer shots and try to make them. Toe hit comes off softer and tends to roll straight. I've seen some use a hybrid around the greens with success also. Would take some practice as the ball comes off quick. They just putt it that way. Stay warm! It is cold here again in Iowa. I did play golf Sunday!

  3. If I were hitting that shot, just off the green, maybe a 7 or 8 iron just choke up and use a putting stroke. Just put the ball on the green and let it roll, just like a putt.

  4. Cool video that will surely help some high-handicappers improve their short game. The nice weather looks to be holding up.

  5. Short game is so much about feel, any tips for coping with less golf over the winter to maintain feel so it's not lost before the new season (let's say 1st weekend in April)

  6. Your video shows how important practicing those short shots is. Knowing how the lie will affect the type of shot you can play is key, and the only way to really get comfortable is to practice them again and again.
    Great vid! ❤👍🏽⛳️

  7. The last shot you demonsrated, Danny Maud called it "Putting with loft". Good example. Thanks Hannah.

  8. Hi Hannah. Do you find it easier to use less bounce in winter conditions for chipping clubs? I sometimes struggle with the wet ground that often surrounds the greens in my area during winter. This often leads to hitting it fat or chunking the ball only a short distance. During the warmer months, my wedges typically have around 10 degrees of bounce. But I was curious if switching out to a lower bounce wedge, at least for chipping, would help eliminate these types of shots.

  9. I like the look of the toe-down solutions to the shots you demonstrated. Something to practise…
3-bounces? Never knew that – every day is a school day even at my age!
    Cheers
