wish they would hire me for a day as a punting coach
So am I misunderstanding all this or has it become the coaches placing names in a hat and then "whoever" is running the 1890 goes after the players? Basically coaches sicking the dogs on the recruiting and old schoolers like Trev Alberts refused to give that control away?

Sean and Sip. I understand your feelings toward Alberts, but at the time, it was really new and I bet he's on board down at Texas A&M. Everybody was hesitant then, so for you both to jump on him like he was holding us back, I think is a little unfair. He was just cautious at first as the information was changing so rapidly. More so than now.
It’s cool this class but we need 9 wins next season Matt’s just living on that one good year at Baylor but some fans are just cool with 7 wins and bowl game
I think as fans if we want a great team, we need to do our part. How do I donate to 1890? Or is that something as a fan we can do?
Love it but is it good or bad ?? We get them but will they transfer in a year or two ? We need contracts…
The new facilities is probably the other deciding factor besides money. Pretty sweet to see in person. Plus Rhule is respected
The more time removed from Trev Alberts not acknowledging the 1890 Collective, the better.
Around NU, it was more about Trev and his ego to get somewhere else than it was about NU.
The NIL piece of the puzzle will help Nebraska overcome getting recruits to overcome the 105 cap.
