Twenty of the world’s best arrive in The Bahamas this week for the Hero World Challenge at Albany Golf Course. Scottie Scheffler returns to defend his title and is in action for the first time since the Presidents Cup. The World No. 1 has won seven times in 2024 – plus the gold medal at the Paris Olympics – and has 16 top-10 finishes in 19 starts this year. Scheffler was nominated for the Jack Nicklaus Award as PGA TOUR Player of the Year and is looking to become the first player to win the award three years in a row since Woods in 2005-07. Justin Thomas will also be in the field this week. After three straight fifth-place finishes in the event, he set a personal best with a solo third last year at Albany. He claimed T2 in his last start at ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP. Ludvig Åberg returned to the TOUR after knee surgery in September to defend his title at The RSM Classic, where he finished T17, and will look to build on that success at Albany in his first time competing in the event. Others to look out for are Wyndham Clark, Sahith Theegala, Patrick Cantlay and Robert MacIntyre.

  1. Such a rare honor to be able to watch this kind of excellence in the sport of golf. Or any other sport for that matter.

  2. Simply cannot compete against this kind of performance. The fact that he does this all year round, lol.

  3. I love when the commentators stress that the ball needs to move or get a good bounce , like it’s going to miss the fairway , but the fairways are 100 yards wide 😂 they need to cool it

  4. So good yet so humble! Deadly combo when competing against players with arrogance but not the game to back it up! You got a love the guy that beat your seven and six then apologizes and invites you to lunch 😂

  5. Reminds me of Tom Lehman in his stretch of greatness where you didn’t even notice him then he wins the tournament by nine and then wins the week after that nothing flashy about his game, but boy does he get it done

  6. I got odds if 4/1 2 months ago and out 500 pounds on him which is my biggest ever bet ? My missus was on the verge of divorcing me but I was that confident on this particular course ! Cheers Scottie Lad for my now free Xmas 👊 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

  7. for f sake if he birdied the second he has three in a row the fact he pared the second impacts his mindset etc its sliding doors how f stupid are you people.

  8. The guy finally found a putter that works for him and he starts winning everything. He was already #1 tee-to-green and now he's dominant on the greens. You just can't compete against this guy.
