I thought mason gillis was gonna be a shooter I was wrong.
Duke fans having a hard time right now.
All I want to see is Duke's guards driving to the rack consistently because that is the only way to win in College. It puts the defense on their heels and out of position to allow other guys better looks. That's the only way this team cuts the nets down.
If anyone sees Leflop or Bronny please give Puff Daddy a call.
I counted two (that's right, 2) solid assists for DUKE – passes that led to layups/dunks. Sure their were some "junk" assists also, but DUKE still looks like a summer-league all-star team.

Flagg is a great player, does all the right stuff, plays the right way and will be a great pro for many years but I just dont see a generational talent. Maybe my definition of generational talent is different but I feel like to be that you have to be a player you can hand the franchise to almost immediately. Whoever is already on your team they need to defer to him or you trade them. And you need to know this within year 1 or 2 in the league. Like a Lebron, Jordan, Kobe, Luka, KD, Wade, Iverson type. That doesnt mean he can't develop that but at this point I dont see it. I see a great energy player who can do a lot defensively but has an offensive game that is highly dependent on his teammates and the offense the team runs. He looks like he can be a great 2nd or 3rd piece to a championship team. A lot of his early success is gonna be determined by which organization he gets drafted to.

Flagg is pretty good but not elite , he will probably get drafted at the end of first round , maybe the Celtics or the Thunder will get him.

Unc fan here….I never checked out anything on flagg before he got to Duke..Read a lot of hype..but man, that guy is phenomenal !!!!…17 ??? Huh ???
He plays like a 22 yo veteran….made it look easy scoring 26 and 24 against the best programs in the country….. doesn't force shots, shoots a high percentage…passes the ball when hes double teamed…..just amazed and im really becoming a Duke fan more and more….
