The start of the early signing period began on Wednesday, and there were plenty of Big Ten teams that made a splash! Oregon and Dan Lanning once again proved they are THE recruiting power in the Big Ten, Michigan is clearly moving up into the next recruiting tier, the Big Ten is becoming the Conference of QBS, and much more!

  1. Really appreciate you Ted. You don’t bag on the Ducks because we’re the new “soft west coast team” joining the BIG10. Very nice content. Go DUCKS!

  2. There is no limit on the number of assistant coaches, so no Big 10 program has any excuse about lack of man power

  3. Just imagine how powerful this conference will be when Miami, Clemson and IMO these two programs are not only playing better than FSU but are in larger markets that B10 need a bigger presence, Syracuse football 🏈 program is improving & hoops is always strong + GT. GT’s football 🏈 team plays hard (took GA to 8 OT’s last week) plus they add a presence in the Atlanta market, a huge plus for the B10. Syracuse along with Rutgers gives B10 a strong NYC presence along with Buffalo, Syracuse, Rochester , Albany & upstate NY. That’s why Syracuse is a great choice. That give B10-22 programs with strength in several large market areas which should only increase their tv contract value

  4. USC probably had the most 5* recruits who were at some time committed to them. I count at least six, and they signed two of them. If their NIL was in order, they would be scary.
