Unlucky last weekend Paul, keep going ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ
Big Tom v Francis is the fight to make. Lots of money for both promotions and letโs find out who the baddest man on the planet is. Tom wins for me
Cant believe ross is saying paul fought good and jones fought pish think he must have took to many punches to the head, stop sucking up pauls arse and tell him how it was he never put it on Bo could tell after the first minute bo wasnt going to wrestle therefore its up to paul to turn it up especially after giving it big licks in the corner. Jones was class Paul was rotten say it how it was. Jones doesnt look like chandler because he is heavier another rubbish statement.
Sean Clancy new full time member of the podcast?
Ross and Paul both have fair points regarding the sorry state of affairs in the HW division, only fight to make outside Tom arse malleting Jon is the fight with Gane, because other than that Tomโs gonna murder the whole division and anyone dumb enough to step up from LHW, including Poatan (please refer to Tomโs gameplan of rugby tackling him)

I really thought you would get the win Paul, unlucky please keep fighting on ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ
Cooper is cock
Wish i could start a poll
Craig went in as a weight bully, against a foe who had months of striking, a fkn wrestler who never shot. And craig was in there taking fkn pictures. Single figures in effective strikes. Had 2 stone on Bo,and still fkn lost. Ross the good friend surely told him,oh no,thats right cooper is a cock. So he lied to his friend.
Wild shout:
The UFC don't seem arsed about making Pereira v Ankalaev, so Jones vacates the belt and they give him the Pereira fight. Tom gets upgraded to champ and he fights Gane. Both win, fight gets made, Tom hammers him, Jones retires.
Waiting on ross telling craig that he loves his tattoed mascara, nose ring and his fringe is perfect. Forget about the wok on top of his Do. Copper is a cock and a fkn yes man. Almost like a parasite, he minds me of Mrs Machado
Channel dropping more subs than Jared Fogle…….Blame cooper.
Judgemental fool . Wish i could toss a bovril and pie of his bonce at easter road.
Thought I'd save this beauty for a little Saturday housework! Let's rock and roll buys!
Great podcast guys, unlucky at weekend there paul. Thought you were good and was screaming for you to kick him more as you looked dangerous with them but I understand why you didnโt perhaps. Warrior broโค๏ธ – But whereโs the stories from the aftermath? No nights out to speak about or have you all signed NDAs because it was such a good night?๐๐
Good episode probably best one yet. For next fight you should stay at middleweight and call out Costa for next UFC card in Britain
You did slow Bo's hype train, crowd shouting 'overrated' isn't always a good sign ๐
All this stuff to cut weight and that surely must impact you on right night
Going to nyc next week for the first time.. the biggie mural was one of the things top of the list i wanted to see. Think i will give that a miss now lads โ ๏ธ
17:44 khamzat would rape him? Those are fighting words!
Silence speaks louder than words.

Written evidence submitted by Baroness Meacher andย Neil Woodsย (DRU0105)
Evidence to the Home Affairs Select Committee โ Heroin Policy
1.ย The Governmentโs strategy document points out that we have over 300,000 heroin and crack addicts in this Country.ย ย ย Two-thirds of problematic heroin consumers are suffering from childhood trauma โ sexual or physical abuse or neglect.ย The rest are suffering mental health problems or adult trauma.ย They are self-medicating with heroinย to cope with their profoundย emotional pain.ย ย ย Heroin kills more people than any other illicit drug.ย At the same time heroinย generatesย ยฃ5.1bnย for drug dealingย criminals. This is the largest section of the drugsย marketย andย the County Lines activityย isย focused entirely uponย heroin and crack cocaine.ย ย Heroin and crack cocaine togetherย are linked to half of all theft,ย burglaryย and robbery.ย This is a direct result of vulnerable consumers being exploited by criminals.ย ย If prescribed cleanย drugsย then all the criminality driven by the need to find money every day would disappear.ย
2.ย We have clear evidence in support of policies which radically reduce heroin addiction and yet the strategy makes no mention of such policies.ย (Drug Warsย by Neil Woodsย andย Uchtenhagenย research papers).ย The Government acknowledges that we have seen โdisinvestment in adult treatment with an even greater reduction in funding for young peopleโs specialist substance misuse servicesโ over the past ten years.ย ย The strategy aims to reverse those cuts and we welcome that commitment.ย However, even before the destruction of drug services, this Country had an appalling record of heroin addiction.ย ย The strategy, as it stands, will do little to improve that record.
3.ย How, then should the Government proceed?ย We need to look to our own history to find the answer.ย ย In contrast to the US and its puritanical, judgemental policy, the UK regarded addiction as a medical condition.ย Anyone who developed a heroin or cocaine habit would go to the doctor and receive a prescription for the drug in question.ย In numerical terms, the UK had no drug problem.ย ย From the 1920s to the 1960s our heroin consumers were numbered in hundreds.ย At the same time, the US with its judicial and punitive approach measured theirs in hundreds of thousands.ย ย The simple lesson is that if Government gives organised crime control of these commodities, they will ruthlessly market them and exploit the vulnerable to maximise their profits.ย ย This is what happened in the US in the 1920s and in the UK in the 1970s following the introduction of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, which had followed the UN Single Convention on Drugs of 1961, driven by the US.
4.ย When Britain gave up our medical system for responding to heroin addiction, under US pressure, this Country had 1,046 heroin consumers and the numbers were falling.ย ย ย Twentyย years later weย had hundreds of thousands.ย ย Sinceย thenย Organised Crime has become more violent and more ruthless in their drug dealing.ย ย Now they have children at the shop front of the heroin market.ย This is a direct response to the police success in catching adult front line drug dealers.ย ย Police are good at this level of activity.ย
5.ย There was a brief revival of the British System inย the Wirral and Widnesย between 1982 and 1995.ย Dr John Marks used the still legal British prescribing system to protect problematic drug users in his clinics.ย As aย resultย the dealers went away.ย Crime dropped 93%ย compared with other policing areasย nearby.ย None of his patients died. His sex worker patients were rescued from exploitation.ย Interestingly, Marks and Spencer gave Dr Marksโย clinic ยฃ1000 with thanks for stopping the shoplifting!
6.ย Publicity about Dr Marks reached theย USย and the American Ambassador was outraged.ย ย Dr.ย Marks clinic was shut down and he emigrated to New Zealand.ย Deaths of heroin addicts returned toย the Wirral.
7.ย The lesson from this history is, surely, that the first step in a heroin policy is to accept that heroin addiction is a medical problem and that patients should be prescribed safe heroin, thus protecting theย patientsย and closing down the criminalsโ trade.ย But, of course, more should be done.
