  1. as sad as this is, it should be treated like any other DWU case. the fact that she just got married really doesn't have anything to do with the sentance

  2. 85! 85! The jail convo between her and her father. — unfathomable. I have a weird feeling that there is an unnatural relatioship between those two.

  3. She didn't do anything wrong! It wasn't her fault. Biggest mistake was pleading guilty and not keeping your mouth shut.

  4. she will get 10 years and be out in 5…while she should be in Jail for 25 years minimum no early release

  5. Her mom is suing the husband she's trying to say that they werent legally married because the paperwork didnt get filed. He is suing the bars that overserved her and the brides mother is suing him for that money and life insurance.

  6. I hope the driver spends her life in prison without parole…on top of that, lisa miller is suing samanthas new husband over the estate. Unbelievable how selfish her mother has become almost immediately after daughters death. She even denied they were legally married! Who does that!

  7. That mother of bride is DISGUSTING! She even made this sentencing about herself. Holy crap!! Bad enough she tried to invalidate her daughter’s marriage and take all the money. How dreadful. Looks like she took chump change she got and got ALOT of fillers and botox. She is seriously AWFUL! She must have been a terrible mother to grow up with, no wonder her daughter moved away from her

  8. Drinkers or those who are intoxicated can not cognitively make sane decisions. They will argue until blue.
If you have had more than 2 drinks in 3 hours, or 6 in 24, you should not be driving.
Meaning if you were drinking heavily the night before, slept a few hours, then got up that morning to go somewhere like work, you are still buzzed and near or over the limit. Don't drive.

  9. I feel so sad for everyone involved. How sad to make a horrible mistake, likely from addiction issues, that ends in a death on a wedding day, family grief, and making it a major headline that ends in likely severe jail time. Love and prayers and healing to all 🙏💖 and I mean all.

  10. 65 in a 25 zone is reckless and stupid even sober. I hope she gets closer to 85 years than 3. What she did was beyond ridiculous. Such a sad story. An amazing day ruined by a poor excuse for an adult.

  11. the punishment for drunk driving HAS to become more severe. A couple years in jail would curb a lot of drunk driving.

  12. It's a society issue. Lobbyists for alcohol and tobacco companies have been paying off Congressmen and senators to pass laws in their favors for decades.
