Under current LPGA, USGA, and IGF policies, male golfers are allowed to compete in women’s events, despite the fact that male golfers have an estimated 30% performance advantage in driving distance compared to female golfers.
“Tee Time: Keep Women’s Golf Female” features first-hand stories of current female professional golfers and their love for the game, including IW Ambassadors Lauren Miller and Hannah Arnold in their ongoing advocacy efforts to urge the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), as the world’s most prestigious women’s golf organization, and the United States Golf Association (USGA) and International Golf Federation (IGF) to reimplement sex-based eligibility policies that maintain the integrity of women’s golf.
