Golf’s elite swing coach, Pete Cowen, joins The 19th Uncut podcast with caddie legends Billy Foster, Ricci Roberts, and Terry Mundy for a can’t-miss episode. Known worldwide as a master of technique and mental toughness, Cowen has coached some of golf’s greatest players, including Rory McIlroy, Brooks Koepka, and Henrik Stenson. His teaching has led players to multiple major victories, making him one of the most revered figures in golf instruction today. But this time, the tables are turned as Cowen himself takes the spotlight, taking on “Longest Drive” and “Nearest the Pin”. Can the man behind some of the most successful swings in golf bring his own A-game to the St Andrews golf simulator?

Cowan is a true legend. Speaks more sense than most.
Excellent show! I first met Pete Cowan in 1972 in Bristol at Coca Cola Young Pro,s Event which was my 1st one, caddying for David Jones. At the 1972 Open,in Pre Q at North Berwick,I caddied for his friend Davey Moore, who I caddied for again later that year at Royal Birkdale( my local course)against David Jagger before Davey was tragically murdered in Zambia later when room sharing with Pete!
Peter Cowan was a great ball striker who often asked me to “double bag” for him in 73 when I was with Peter Butler and in 1974 when I was with “Oosty” and also again at Bristol and Clifton GC in the Final Young Pro Event, when I literally had to carry him up the 18th when his back went on him!
He was a great lad and fixed me up with Steve Rolley for the final day and knows more about the “old caddies” than anyone, cos he was there at that time like me and which I speak about in my golf talks.
Peter Cowan is great and fully deserves all his success and I would get him and David Vaughan in for free into the biggest and best club in Europe: Sheffield Fiesta when I was the compere there!
Also visited him at Dore & Totley GC in 80s and saw how hard he worked and how good a coach he was too!
Regards to everyone!

Billy & Company brilliant tonic this channel from the normal channels, well done : ) Pete Cowan too : )
LIV v PGA Yes LIV has the players but awful to watch too much going on at once, crazy back ground noise, PGA boring in one way but at least you follow it.
Ethics argument is b_ll_cks really, plenty of Saudi money in UK horse racing and and UK Football. Glade to see Rory and the IV guys warming to each other.
If LIV had been around forty years ago, I wonder if Seve would have made the switch.
