The Nedbank Golf Challenge, one of the DP World Tour’s most prestigious events, returns this week after more than a year-long absence as the 2025 Race to Dubai schedule makes its first visit to South Africa.

Defending champion Max Homa headlines a stellar 66-strong international field at Gary Player Country Club, alongside local favourite Thriston Lawrence and Denmark’s Nicolai Højgaard.

Seven of the ten players who earned dual membership at the end of last season, including Jesper Svensson, Paul Waring and Tom McKibbin, are also at Sun City.

In a sign of the draw at competing in the lucrative event, which boasts a $6m prize fund, Presidents Cup duo Corey Conners and Mackenzie Hughes are both set for the debut appearance.

European Tour Productions, the DP World Tour’s in-house production company, will produce and distribute live coverage of the Nedbank Golf Challenge.
