What Olympics is all about.. its all about marketing.. olympics, just like any other sport event, match or game is just a marketing tool..
Two great champions. It was so nice to watch Tori lean over and bring Gretchen up on her podium so that she could also revel in hearing the anthem playing as she was in the gold spot, too. Great sportsmanship great job, ladies.

NO NO NO. Follow Olympic standards. The Olympic committee should de-medal these girls or kick them out of the Olympics for this infraction of the rules. Remember in 1968 when the two Black racers who medalled at the podium and then raised their fist up signifying Black Power? They were kicked out of the Olympics. These two girls should be given the same punishment.
It is indeed a wonderful thing that Torri Huske shared her podium-spot with Gretchen Walsh. (However): what I REALLY Appreciated was that they BOTH had their hands over their Hearts in Deference & Respect to the (USA). But what I (Really Respected) was how (Noah Lyles) Winner of many (2024 Paris Olympics) Track-&-Field Events, not only held his hand over his Heart… (BUT): he ALSO ("sotte-voçe") sang The Star-Spangled Banner Anthem. While (I admit) that there exists Injustices, Inequalities, & Racism (etc), in America, in that it is Wrong & MUST be eradicated: (notwithstanding)… I'm an U.S. Army Veteran & I salute (Noah Lyles) for this meaningful Gesture of Respect, …& making (me): ("Proud to Be An American"). …(Fri9Aug'2024). – – (nm).

The Australians did the same thing after the womens 200m freestyle on the 3rd day of the Paris Olympics.
I feel they should've had two golds. I mean in gymnastics they gave out 2 bronze metals on the same routine with the same one hundredth of a sec. Why not two golds since no one really caught on to them.

I don’t really watch swimming, but I was sitting in my hotel room abroad and the games had just kicked off. It was the first race that Tori was in. I don’t follow swimming so I don’t even know who she is, but I kid you not, when I saw the Tori’s face something in me said she was going to medal. I didn’t watch any other swim races after that, but I saw it on her. And look at her now – 🥇. Congratulations!!!
