Jamie first phone call from jail was made during April/May 2023 from Charleston County Detention Center in South Carolina.

C͟o͟n͟t͟e͟x͟t͟:
Jamie Lee Komoroski, 27, was charged with reckless vehicular homicide and three counts of felony DUI for the crash in Folly Beach, South Carolina on April 28, 2023. Bride Samantha Miller, 34, and groom Aric Hutchinson were in bliss on their wedding night. Soon after leaving the wedding party, while traveling on a golf cart, the newlyweds were struck by a vehicle driven by Komoroski.
The new bride Samantha was killed and the groom, Aric was severely injured along with the other passengers.
Court documents state Jamie had a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit.
She was denied bond on August 1, 2023, trial begins December 2, 2024, and she is looking at 3-85 years in prison.
