The biggest culprit for flipping at impact, otherwise known as an early release, is your body getting too far ahead of your hands at impact, which causes your body to hang back and you to flip your hands through impact.
By turning more behind the ball in the backswing, you can keep your arm and wrist angles, delivering your hands to impact ahead of the ball, resulting in more power and consistency.
