  9. Guys hear me out I’ve been dealing with back pain for 10 years now and I have spent over $20,000 in therapies. I have cried many tears. I’ve spent many days extreme pain. I have lost many activities and missed out on many things in my life because of this condition right here and it’s crazy because very few people know how to actually diagnose this.

  10. Man you were so close. Had the right idea to get to the root cause but still forgot the other side. The weakness and instability come from too much tightness on the opposite side. Activating the weaker side is fine but the pain will continue to come back unless you address both sides. Releasing the tighter side thru movement/manual manipulation and strengthening the other side thru movement and isolation.

Isolation exercise don’t work long term. They need to complement full chain activation.

  11. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning: And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil. (Joel 2:12-13)
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13)

  12. How is it that I've seen 3 physios when don't seem to have any idea about why I get back spasms? They've all said to do different things, yet no one has pinpointed my problem? They have certainly never done any testing like that, ever! Are all UK physios useless? I got told by all three that most of the time you can never find the cause of back pain, so I'll just have to get on with it!!!
