    Graphite used to go further than steel purely because it was always lighter in the old days so easier to get higher swing speed.

    Wow! Nice set there for Andy. Can’t be too many complaints. MP223 is a great set of irons. Wedges are solid though the lofts are off from normal for both of us. Surprisingly the comfort change from 2°. But the shafts could be an issue. Just saying.

    I don't know but our club in town has about 30 – 18-23 year olds that can smoke you. Gordon Sargent, The Vanderbilt golf team, and guys like Blades Brown and many more (who made a PGA tour event at 16 maybe 2) They all hit it between 310 and 350 (look up Vanderbilt golf team stats- says he hits it 350!!) and they all seem to shoot in the mid to low 60's if playing very well. (bad days are around level at a tough track)

    Problem been said a million times but we need you two playing with Rick and Pete again although I get the feeling they're worried they get beat. Sorry Matt but I think Andy is probably the best player out the four of you, if he sorts that putting out then could easily be one of the best on YouTube. I have to admit though, I'm typing this after only watching 4 holes……….

    Question for Mr Carter: have you tried using an electric trolley? I tested it versus carrying over several rounds and found it saved me shots on the back 9. The tiny bit of fatigue for carrying the bag really added up for me.

    If you're sure the line is right, but it doesn't look right, you need to experiment with your head position to find out where it needs to be to make the line look correct.
