  1. Getting shredded is the byproduct of what your goal should be. Kinda like doing something you love. The money will always be there.

  2. Stop training to get shredded just buy my program "project shred" to get shredded!?!?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  3. Personal challenge from an admirerer of men who raise the bar on longevity… You still in your prime years, all though you're way advanced of much younger guys than your self. I see some great examples of guys 60 plus. But what I'd like to see and I REALLY honestly.. not seen it yet.. "A guy that's 55 and up and really not a 60 year old.. have not just a lean or moderately thick set of muscles and moderately tight skin… But a 60 year old every bit the mass of a 35 year old bodybuilder, proportionally large legs and arms to his torso.. I've even looked to see if there were surgical or cosmetic ways to make the hips narrower and the rib cage flatter and narrower… So I put the challenge to you..if you want it. To BE THAT 60 year old with 21 INCH BICEPS and a 31 inch waist! My gift to you to be that first, when my prayer I just prayed, is answered. All my best!!! Great Work!!!💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN ! ! ! 🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚔🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🚸🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱

  4. This guy's a moron, being as shredded as him does not feel good, you'd need to literally starve yourself, once you get under 10% or so body fat you'll feel very lethargic all the time, and not healthy, for some it's lower than 8% for some it's 12% but still, you can have an amazing physique, top 0.1% with abs and bigger muscles than this guy with like 12-16% bodyfat and you'll actually feel healthy, because you are, and you don't have to starve.

Never trust people with programs, courses, mentorships or anything else that they sell which promises results, they're always biased and almost always spins the facts

  5. Bullshit you feel shit at low body fat percentage and feel awesome with a big belly like me and bag of chips and coke

  6. 2 push ups per week 5 sit ups per week 3 pull ups per week

    Most important
No more than 299 calories per day

    Ther you go aesthetic physique

  7. Don’t listen to this guy yall.
Just train every muscle group 2 times per week hard, and eat the right amount of protein, fats and carbs for YOUR body/goals, by tracking every calorie you eat!
Get enough sleep and most importantly do this CONSISTENTLY day in and day out for years and I guarantee you you’ll see results.

  8. Not really true… so the strongest men in the world are training for power output. Their bodies are BIG but they are NOT shredded. You won’t see any of the strongest men in the world with abs.
That said, if you are training for endurance then yeah you’ll get lean from all the calorie burn off.
What he said in the beginning is stupid though. The only way to get shredded is to try to get shredded lol

  9. This is probably a most under rated video on YouTube. But no one trains for performance. I train to lift heavy and run fast marathons. I’m 190 pounds and can bench 300 pounds and run a 3:30:00 marathon and am shredded as heck. I have an awful fast food diet and drink too much. But no one will believe me. Just think about it. If you can bench 300+ and run a mile in the 5s, you’re going to look spectacular. Train to perform.
