Spectrum Todd!
I can relate 😂
Eli Manning. The quarterbacks he beat in the 2 super bowl runs he had are Tom Brady Aaron Rodgers Brett Farve Matt Ryan Tony Romo. Also he had to face the 49ers defense who had a top 5 defense that year. Also the two plays everybody talks about are because
1 eli isnt a very mobile qb which him getting out of that sack was crazy
2 The throw to manningham is considered one of the greatest throws in superbowl history
Yes eli wasnt consistant but when he made the playoffs he delivered more times than not
That is not even a question, Eli should not even be in the hol of fame, defense won them
Eli is not a hall of fame, his yearly stats are crap, OK let's just put Trent dilfer in the hall of fame, he has one, oh Eli has 2 who cares, just idiots
Anyone who picks Eli over Rodger’s has never watched an nfl game
Eli is one of the greatest post season winners., Aaron Rodgers in season stats are extremely good.
Still taking Eli's career – even with the 50%wins/50% losses
If this is the question then Nick Poole is better than Dan Marino
You play to win the game
That’s easy, yes
Eli not hard for me
Eli
Eli was basically an average/slightly above average QB whose team went on two Super Bowl runs. He seriously never won a playoff game besides those two runs people just seem to ignore that. I have never liked Rodgers in the least. But anyone who says Eli is probably doing so because he is a good guy and funny on manningcast and they think Rodgers is a tool. Because realistically it’s Rodgers and it’s not even close.
100% agree Eli all day over Rodgers
Rather be the guy that beat Tom Brady twice
Why do people use SBs as a measuring stick for QB success? Nobody likes Rodgers but this recency because he's washed is just fueling dumb media takes. Eli was basically average other than those 2 good runs. And the Giants D was a big part of that. Next we will say that Eli was better than Young, Brees, Favre who only won once and didn't beat Brady.
Eli is a better QB. Super Bowl wins mean more than stats and MVP awards. People don't remember MVPs.
Eli was not the best QB in his era. He was also not the best Manning of his era. To be a first ballot you must have been considered to be the best and he just wasn't.
Aaron definitely had some bad breaks in not having made another Super Bowl. But, too many people blame the Packers defense or special teams for all of those. The plain truth is, Aaron Rodgers’ play is responsible for at least a couple of those seasons ending…….
Eli Manning beat the greatest football team of all time in the Super Bowl. That says it all.
just an idiotic question. holy sh
Rings matter more than anything. Eli was an average QB who elevated when it mattered most.
Rodgers is an outstanding QB who got worse the further into his playoffs he got
Aaron Rodgers’s career TD/INT ratio is one of the more remarkable, anomalous statistics in professional sports.
The gap between him and 2nd Place is basically the same as the gap between 2nd and 25th Place.
This is where it becomes abundantly clear how stupid it is to place THAT MUCH emphasis on rings. Rodgers has CLEARLY had a better career. It's not close. He has one less ring than Eli but is way more established in the history of the sport as an all time great. Even with the weird last couple years and the disaster this year has been, Rodgers will still be looked at an all time great…and Eli won't be.
