Rory McIlroy has his eyes fully focused on DP World Tour Championship victory, but he will be on the 18th green with at least one trophy in his hands later today.

Thriston Lawrence was the only man who could catch him in the Race to Dubai standings but is done for the week, with a three-over 74 leaving him on one under for the tournament.

That means McIlroy is Race to Dubai champion for a sixth time, matching Seve Ballesteros’ number of Order of Merit titles.
