So I have the most forgiving irons in the world, the most forgiving driver and wedges and they are about as forgiving as my ex wife. I'll try them but I starting to think forgiving and and longest belong in the same list as the "cheque is in the mail"
I’m not convinced about having offset wedges. We’re constantly told not to hit full shots with wedges, but to finesse them. Offset seems unnecessary to the point of being a hinderance.
Have the hot launch wedges w graphite shafts and love them. Next year will look at the wingman. TE is a brand that performs fantastic at a price that is well below the top brands.
I feel Cleveland's 588 sand wedge was the standard wedge the years before the wedge market has so expanded. Didn't Cleveland dominate the market for decades?
So, almost none of the big stores in the USA carry them. I live in DFW and checked with all the Golf Galaxies and PGA tour superstores in town. Finally I found some used oned to try at a 2nd Swing in The Colony (TX). It was a super solid wedge. I guess I'm baffled that the big stores just don't have the wedges. They've got most of the irons and woods. It must be a market thing. Everybody wants the new Callaway, Ping, Taylormade or Titleist. When its time for a new 56, I'm getting one.
I've hit these wedges and they are outstanding. Pretty wild looking at first, but after hitting them for a while, any reservations about appearance disappear as they perform really well. Just like the old Ping Eye 2, all about function.
The ball flights for the 52° were totally aligned with your feet. So maybe not the offset contributing to the left of "target" landing. In contrast, your bunker work was beauty in motion. The lob wedge exhibition was totally convincing. The relexed approach to these wedges was amazing – great shot without intense concentration. Away to the tour edge website right now.

I tried to repeat the trick from this video, and now I have a new record – lots of laughs and a minor disaster👄

I showed this video to my friend and now her boyfriend wants to try it too. Waiting for the report😚
My dog watched this video with me and now thinks she can be a star. It's time for her to go on YouTube💖

Every time I watch you do short game videos, I find myself wishing I could have a lesson from you. 🙂👍
Nice clip, enjoyed the review. Cheers
Not keen on offset anyway but on wedges 😕

Similar to the Cleveland CBX wedges i think
Had a set of Tour Edge, gave them to the local PGA Hope organization and got Cleveland clubs, like them a whole lot better
Tour edge makes a solid bag from top to bottom, except putters are lacking imo. A more modern logo for badging would put them in more bags
Buy Titleist, bend them, learn how to use them. You have to practice your 100 yards and in.

They look very similar to the Cleveland CBX

James are your divots not pointing exactly where the ball is going ?
Have you looked at the Edison wedges? Used Ping Glide for years, changed to Edison and won't be going back…
The big name brands are always good but not always the best, especially for the money.
