Radical’s new Max Bias is a beast of a ball. It’s got a super strong textured pearl cover, combined with one of the biggest cores ever made. This time around, we wanted to see what would happen when we drill a strong ball with an extremely strong layout. Joe’s back to find out the results, comparing it to his go-to big ball, the Extreme Envy.

  1. Joe, for these strong balls, why don't you use two lanes? One with a house shot and one with a sport shot. That would be quite useful.

  2. Max Bias is not versatile. It will look like garbage on most shots. Ball rolls too forward, too quickly. If you can really get around it, and over power the lane, then you can make it look pretty good. Or it might be a really good ball for people with extremely high tilt.

  3. Are you seeing the flare rings very tight together for less flare? Maybe because the after drilling int diff is so strong?

  4. Great review & video! Really appreciate Joe's transparency with his commentary. Taking home the advise to "lean into what the ball wants to do". Makes total sense and allows different equipment & layouts to shine. My vote for one of the next T-Shirts is "Spray & Pray".

  5. I love mine. I did a comparison on my channel between the maximum results and the max bias. Check it out.
