  1. The looked structured this time. Everyone holds their shape and the ball
Moves through the middle. It’s not a constant string of crosses to the box. Called this 2 years ago when everyone was BJ or balogun. He’s fine. He’s good. Pepi has a higher ceiling. Pepi can create. Balogun needs to be fed. Pepi, seargent are similar in style and attack.

  2. I had no idea Berhalter was that bad in competitive concacaf away games. I knew it was bad, but not that bad.

  3. I hate to say it, but it's starting to look like Tillman is soft. The Eredivisie isn't all that physical, but we all know that concacaf is. It really looked like in the friendly we had previously the physical play got to him and completely took him out of his game. He didn't get hit much in this game, but I think that was mostly because any time he got the ball he tried to get rid of it as quickly as possible. He looked like he really didn't want it half the time.

  4. The problem with many of your points is does Poch see it the same way?
-I'm not sure Poch wants to phase Tim Ream out.
-Poch likes Aaronson, and may want him as our 10.

  5. I like him, but Tillman can be lazy. I saw it a lot in Scotland. Less so in The Netherlands, but it’s still there.

  6. Gotta disagree on Sargent. I’d rather have him on the field than Musah on the wing. Meaning he can be our third striker and also a backup on the wing.

  7. Yeah I cant see Musah and Scally on the field together working out in this current setup. If this formation stays the same, we really need a decent attacking RWB. Either Weah or Dest. Otherwise Pulisic or Balogun needs to play on the right but I doubt that’s going to happen. The right side of the field is a sinkhole.

  8. Sargent might be a close 3rd at the moment but definitely not out of the roster please. He's even good on the wing and he's too good to not have off the bench if healthy.

  9. I only was able to watch the first half but from what I saw the boys were playing a lot more fluidly and it looked good, for example, Pulisic being aloud to float central and create for us. It seemed like a good improvement from the rigid system of gregg

  10. Their performance in COPA turned me off. I haven’t watched them since until this game. Let’s see if they show up game after game.

  11. It is always more difficult to win away in any consideration. The US hardly ever play away matches unless they absolutely have to. They will continue to struggle as long as they keep staying comfortable in the confines of home. Check their away records during the 2022 World Qualifying Tournament.

  12. I lean that team like Panama and Honduras Jamaica they gonna start to beat the top 3 team more often from what I see ..
