Former Professional footballers and current Doncaster Rovers management team, Cliff Byrne and Grant McCann have a playing lesson with Dan on The Duchess Course at Woburn Golf Club.
Playing off 11 and 12 handicaps, course management is the key for them to achieve single figures!
Dan’s In-Person coaching is fully booked for 2024, but there are still lots of ways Dan can help you with your golf:

Cliff and Grant can both benefit from your last episode of keeping arms close to their rib cages to promote one piece take away and hitting through with relaxed grips and hands
Could do with a tracer on the tee shots Dan, have trouble seeing the ball on my iPhone. Love the content 😌
the point about the pro's speed coming later, when the club is further through the swing, was very interesting, i have always thought it was from earlier when the club is coming down
Iron legends!
Dan give us a lesson mate!
sorry but you need a shot tracer otherwise we get nothing to see or learn, thanks xxx
Dan's knowledge is unmatched literally makes the short games so easy to understand when in practice is extremely hard to master.
Dan, you’re taking the You Tube golf community by storm, and rightly so!! Can’t say how many shots you’ve saved me around the greens lately! Read the lie, use the bounce, swing across it = HUGE margin for error! You deserve all the success coming your way. 🤞🍻
Such a great teaching video.
Love this format!
Hi Dan great video like all your content , what loft was the Utility club Cliff uses .
For me, the best part of this video is the real life shots that Cliff and Grant encountered, that we all encounter in a game of golf and the way Dan improved their IQ for a whole variety of shots. It’s a great way for them and us to learn.
Loving this. Dan, you just keep putting out great videos that teach and enthuse. Thanking you. 👏⛳️
This on-course lesson is so illuminating. Sessions at the practice facility are helpful for learning technique, but seeing the variety of shots being implemented on the course was of tremendous value. Truly appreciate this format, Dan.
Big cheers to Grant and Cliff. Not easy to put your golf game on camera. Nicely done.
More videos like this. Fantastic.
Hi Dan great video once again, course management information is great. Now your weather in the uk is not great golfing weather. Come to Thailand and play my course Ubolratana Dam in khon kaen and singha park. Make some great video's. Ian Thailand 😊
Great video. Really learning so much from your latest videos on course management. Where Grant and Cliff hit their 2nd and 3rd shots is where I see most of us average golfers end up at. Your instructions and thought processes are un-paralleled in improving our golf I.Q. Keep up the great content!
Love watching the thought process, and when I'm on course now I always ask myself what would Dan Grieve do🤔👍🍻
Absolutely loving your videos Dan, quality presentation and tips, love to see more coaching and playing, quality 👍👍👍
Excellent video and tutorial all the way round, wish you could do them more regularly? it's better than teaching someone from the same spot, chipping etc.
Thank you Dan and to the boys for going on camera. Very enlightening.
More great content. So much relatable stuff. As others have said, would benefit from shot tracer
As always, great content from Dan. For me, this is the very best golf channel on YouTube, no exceptions
Wait skipped the over the bunker shot ….😂 wish i could skip those shots most times too
Dan Dan Dan…love these course management vids. The 3 by yourself and with these boys. I find them hugely useful with shot selection and listening to all the things you are taking into account. Even regard putting and reading greens. Oddly I also find them very relaxing…. and great to watch when I'm doing mindless Cardio…. I just did 45 min on cross trainer but was so engrossed in the vid it felt like 10 mins. Great stuff. More of these please.
Hey Dan, can you maybe make a video about tips on relaxing for big putts? Every time I get an Eagle putt my heart races, I wouldn't mind hearing some tips on the mental side of controlling exciting situations, and capitalizing on important putts.
Fantastic advise Dan, thank you, so helpful.
The title of this video is a bit misleading. This wasn't really a course management video. It was more of on course swing and short game training video. Don't get me wrong, I very much enjoyed it but it wasn't what I was expecting.
That was really good – varied lessons in various places all amateurs end up.
Love these type of Vids , real time instruction of How your instruction works for hackers like us , thanks for the content Boss !
Playing lesson. The guy in the orange top needs a lesson in dressing..😂😂
Love this hole-by-hole video. It's more relatable. It's nice to see the thinking process and strategies on each shot.
Haha, only Dan grieve would tell you to take one less club so he can assist with short game hahahaha love it 😂
WoW so beautiful
I love these types of course management, keep them coming
There is no way these 2 are 11 and 12 handicap
Field management is something that very few are teaching and yet is the next level for getting down from …….let’s say 85 to break 80 . Great great video.🎉
