No mention that the Jets don’t have a defense! Or a kicker! Rodgers was supposed to be coming to a team with a top 5 defense and he didn’t have to be Rodgers in his prime! He is NOT the reason they are losing, they have a horrible defense and terrible coaching!
Is it Monday, cuz y'all overreacting! The Kicker literally cost them two games, and change the entire tone on team. Also the defense sukd in that game.
2 plays=TD, 1st 3 pos= 21pts. So plz, let's not be so hyperbolic after Tues. ok?
Dang that was harsh and it was not even intended to be.
Being a long suffering lions fan it was always heartwarming to see the packers lose in the playoffs especially after an Aaron Rodgers’s MVP season One Super Bowl, just wondering where the blame should really go
Ironic that the woman on the left who said "You are OLD!" to Dan…looks older than Dan.
Aaron Rodgers will turn it around
Packers fans know he was NEVER a leader. You can’t ask him now to be someone he never was.
Rogers is aging like milk right now. 😳
The Defense has quit. They are angry about Saleh. Aaron likely had a hand in Saleh's firing and the Defense doesn't want to carry the consistently weak Offense anymore. Their leader CJ Moseley has been out for 4 games with a toe injury and now a neck injury-??
All the 'little' things are missing from the Jets though. The little things he had at GB in his prime, like Mahomes has now (although I'm not putting Rodgers in Mahomes' league –like ever). What little things? Receivers 'knowing' the ball will be there. The offensive line 'knowing' that pushing the defender just a fraction of a degree one way will allow Rodgers (right now Mahomes) enough to escape with athleticism. The entire team 'knowing' that the QB will rarely make a bad decision. On and on. The Jets have a conspiracy laden, rapidly aging Rodgers; who was never near being The GOAT, but at least he played awesomely for many seasons. That ship has sailed.
That's revisionist history with TB. He had refs making absurd penalties against the other team just to keep him in the game…he couldn't throw downfield anymore and was terrible…who cares about his legs. He had to retire, it wasn't a choice anymore. Like Teebow he could play today but nobody thinks he can play anymore.
Just because someone would have signed him for all the ticket sales doesn't mean he's good enough. You really should have watched that last season with Tampa, Dan. He retired because he wasn't good enough to win anymore.
Because the media created him he has 1 Super Bowl win in a division with the bears lions and Vikings
So the afc is tougher than the nfc
It happens in nearly every sport; a generational superstar losing that last little bit of whatever it was that made them a great. Whether it's Ricky Ponting or Michael Schumacher, or Ronaldo or Aaron Rodgers. You just cannot turn back the clock
All would have been fine if daddy Rodgers had just pulled out.
His mouth isn't retired but his body is
A – Hole thinks he is Gumby, dammit! 🤣🤣🤣
Listen to every Gutey presser ever. The Packers knew all of this. ALWAYS let a player go one year early than one year late. And these people are spot on regarding his ability. Always more physically gifted and less of a leader
i guess wilson was the cancer in the locker room but its rodgers lol go figure im sure wilson isn t telling tomlin what to do goes to show one how much better the steelers organization is than the jets.
Rodgers is one of the most overrated QB's in the history of the game, there is this fan/media perception he is great. If Aaron Rodgers was great at anything it was beating bad to average teams, he racked up crazy stats against bad to average teams in his own division for years! But against the good teams he couldn't get it done. He is 11-10 in the playoffs as a starter, one game over .500, one game over average! Stop putting this guy up on a pedestal, he is not Peyton Manning or Tom Brady so stop talking about him like he is.
I'm confused. Is this the "Rich Eisen's Wife show w/ Dan Patrick"???
That Al Davis truly loved his players shouldn't really be a surprise, but it's still amazing to hear that he felt it and said it. And it explains a lot about his Raiders teams, especially in his last few years.
