Richard Sherman says Colorado sensation Travis Hunter cannot play both sides of the ball in the NFL due to the workload. Sherman also goes on tonsay that Hunter is better suited as a cornerback rather than a wide receiver due to his skillset, claiming his route running and releases aren’t NFL elite level yet. #shorts #football #nfl #colorado #college #sports

Interesting perspective I would like to offer. He plays whatever is most needed that week. DB or WR. Wherever they need the most help.
Ima sign dat panty on the runny kind
Great assessment
The Mfs who can’t do it always tell other mfrs that it can’t be done.
I agree with sherm but feels like he might push for WR cause the money is crazy rn. But he definitely seems more natural or atleast more advanced at CB than others.
I think he's another Jaire Alexander.
Once the little undersized guy takes lick in the NFL he won’t be playing receiver.
Honestly if he comes into the league playing both sides and does “ok” for both, he can really change the league. Be he’d only get Two combined mid salaries. If he’s substantially better at one than the other, he’s gonna want to stick to the at one and maximize his potential and salary. The only way he’ll stick to both sides is if he’s equally productive at both.
He’s not going to be a “shut down” corner and 3rd option wide out. Or vise Versa.
His hands will be elite as a DB in the NFL. He could lead the league in INT'S one day. Dude catches everything that's thrown his way as a WR and DB…
He will most likely drop in the draft because some teams want him as a WR others DB but the team willing to play him at both will take him.
1 of 1.
He can still be asset to depth chart as a CB1 and a WR5
If charles woodson couldnt do it then it cant be done
Travis hunter way better then Richard Sherman you never know if Travis hunter can stop hating Richard
he's better off as a cb, he gets more play time in the nfl but yet again wr's gets paid more in the nfl than db's😂
He is built like a twig, he can play db like that but he won’t play a healthy full season if he tries to play wide out.
Does every video have to have the stupid stupid repetitive songs every single video has to be the stupid emotional song I couldn't even finish this stupid video
I think T Hunt getting 30 reps on each side would scare the fuck out of nfl teams
He's a better receiver to me..he's way to little to be a corner to me
Troy Brown did both for the Pat's as an old guy. Lol
I mean he could play nickel and slot wr
He’s exactly right. He’s a natural corner. Natural corners can play receiver, but it’s not the same
The body isn’t built to take that type of punishment consistently. In college he can just be a better athlete but that doesn’t work in the NFL where everyone is a comparable level of athlete.
10 years ago, I wouldn't even want to be a WR in the NFL. Now adays the contact is very light, it might be harder to be a CB.
If I drafted him, I wouldn't play him the entire game, but we definitely would be using him on both sides.
Long term health is more important than anything really. Fuck the money
Do you have to put the music on to stop it from being taken down?
There's always going to be haters😊😊
Nothing like a bunch of bleacher leaches talking from a place that holds zero merrit..
1. Sherman hit it on the head skillwise..
2. Learning 2 entire pro playbooks..
3. His body wouldn't hold up and his career would be VERY short..
He's going to be a Receiver in the League,. Devin Hester was a Corner before he became a Receiver/ Punt returner/ kick off return Specialist..,
Patrick Peterson was the last to do it? He only did it for three seasons and his offensive snaps were minimal.
He has 12 targets 10 catches for 64 yards
And is 1/1 passing for 17 yards and it was a DOT!
Sounds like a little hate going on
Jealous
First off if you never seen this type of player then how can you say it can’t be done… let’s sit back and see but don’t be surprised if you see him do both
Lol Richard Sherman, the ultimate zone corner acting like he was special.
He is having a hard time staying healthy in college trying to play both ways..His career will be really short if he tries to replicate what hes doing now in the League. Hes is an amazing athlete but the NFL is filled with those.
Yeah that’s why this fantasy expert saying he’s a Wr just bc is wish casting
I need that hat
Hunter should listen. Sherman was a key part of Seattle's success back in the day.
I don’t think anybody think he’ll go both ways in the NFL. But this video must be old because he’s playing both ways pretty much the whole game not just a few plays here and there.
You can’t practice all week with both units. You will be lacking one side of the ball always. Try too hard to do both and you will be lacking in both sides of the ball.
