  1. Great interview. Love how surprised solly was when Higgs associated his speed gains with lifting heavy shit. Speed sticks are fabulous but if they arent paired with resistance training they carry a big injury risk. We are rotational athletes and its great to see all the big dogs starting to train as baseball and hockey players have for years.
